Body Logic Fat Analyzer


I was doing 45 - 60 minutes of cardio 4 or more days per week, and some strength training 2-3 days per week. I didn't see any loss on the scale, (I'm not dieting) but I fitted into a smaller size. The fat analyzer showed I had less body fat (a lower %) than the I started with.
